Starting with theВ 2017-2018 RESA, the scoring methodology was redesigned based on feedback from the field. Prior RESA candidates, educators, mentors, Program Coordinators, and administrators called for the score report to contain more targeted feedback for Resident Educators to assist them in their professional development.
